Biography

Robina is an international expert in Self-awareness enhanced leadership development and works with Global Sales and leadership teams. She is the founder and creator of The Mastering the Inner World™ methodology which helps teams succeed by redefining the way they Believe, Think, Feel, Communicate and Act.

She spent over 15 years in Corporate Sales specializing in the areas of Advanced Analytics & AI/ML at Fortune 500 organizations such as Microsoft and SAS. She received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and began her career working in the Aerospace industry. She was also an international model with Next Model Management.

Robina is a certified practitioner of several different yogic practices, breath-focused meditation, and Eastern spiritualities. She is passionate about Sustainability and the Environment and is a Climate Ambassador trained by former US Vice President Al Gore for his Climate Reality Initiative. She is driven by helping people reach peak performance while aligning to their purpose and mission.
