Biography

Mandee Banga is a Punjabi-American media professional and artist from San Francisco California. After always excelling in English and Art classes in school, she realized she was meant for a life dedicated to art, media and communications! Her most notable roles in South Asian media include being a radio host, journalist, content creator, digital pop artist, and influencer 

• She’s dabbled in everything from being a radio broadcaster, an entertainment journalist, and in most recent years, a digital pop artist.

• In 2009 she co-founded Urban Desi Radio, a music radio show featured on 1170 AM (San Francisco Bay Area) catering to young South Asian millennials.

• She currently works at a digital marketing start-up in the heart of San Francisco, in her free time Mandee curates Bhangra playlists on Spotify
