Chunz alongside his co-host Makh present Roots & Rhymes and Music x Mindset, a series of shows which celebrates this new cultural wave of South Asian Music - looking back at the music, inspirations and struggles of what brought us where we are now but more importantly looking forward to where it will take us all next.

The veteran DJ and MC duo, Chunz & Makh both witnessed and were part of the 2000’s UK Bhangra revolution first-hand. Playing South-Asian and Urban music internationally they recognise that within the changing musical landscape of the 21st century, music of a punjabi origin has been infused with fresh new sounds, bursting with different sonic flavours drawn from popular genres from around the globe. Promoting innovative pioneers in the scene they have taken inspiration from Hip-Hop, RnB, Reggae and Pop to create a dynamic identity which comes up with something new every time - they are truly doing it ‘for the culture’.
